The Labour Institute of GSEE (INE GSEE) is the scientific and research body of GSEE on issues of work, employment, the economy and social policy. Our research and evidence-based proposals strengthen public debate and support the design of policies and actions for work.
Our mission
Our mission is to produce and apply scientific knowledge that helps improve working and employment conditions and strengthen social cohesion.
2. Evidence
We analyse data and develop evidence-based proposals that support public debate and policy-making.
3. Action
We implement projects, provide scientific support for vocational training, study occupations, and develop counselling tools and services. We take part in international partnerships that put scientific knowledge into practice.

With our head office in Athens and 12 Regional Branches, we bring scientific knowledge and our activities closer to workers and local communities.

Quality and reliability
INE GSEE applies international management standards and operates in line with the applicable European and national regulatory framework, ensuring service quality, information security, personal data protection and transparency.
Partnerships and networks
We work with universities, research institutions, social partners and international organisations, and take part in national and European networks. Through these partnerships we exchange knowledge and expertise and contribute to the European and international dialogue on work.
